Lil’ Uzi Vert surprises fans by sharing  5 new songs.

Lil Uzi Vert’s Luv Is Rage 2 remains under lock and key, but that isn’t stopping the “XO TOUR Llif3” rapper from releasing new music. In fact, he’s just unleashed an EP’s worth of loose tracks.

DJ Drama and Don Cannon, who signed Uzi to their Generation Now imprint, were responsible for this drop. They played five new cuts from their burgeoning star on Friday (July 21) as part of their “Gangsta Grillz” show on Shade45.

According to various reports, the songs that were released have no publicly-known names. Thus, fans online have given them unofficial titles, such as “Bag,” which features Young Thug, “Let You Know,” “Walking Around with a Bank,” “Loaded,” and “Pet.”

On Sunday, after those tracks made the rounds online as potential Luv Is Rage 2 cuts, Lil Uzi Vert clarified the situation. “Y’all thought them songs was on luv is rage,” he wrote. “🙄 we coming way harder den dat.”

Earlier this month, Uzi London also unveiled “Alone Time,” “Curve,” and “Repercussions,” three joints that may also be loose releases.

Despite Luv Is Rage 2’s delays, Uzi Vert has been thriving. “Money Longer” and “XO TOUR Llif3” recently went double platinum, while “Ps & Qs” just went gold. Moreover, “XO TOUR Llif3” peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100, where it currently resides at No. 16.
