Remy Ma Talks “ShETHER” Diss Track, Nicki Minaj & More on Wendy Williams
With their new album Plata O Plamo out now, Fat Joe and Remy Ma continued their recent promo run with a visit to The Wendy Williams Show on Friday (Mar. 3). The hot topic of course was the Remy Ma and Nicki Minaj beef, which the former made official with her two diss tracks “ShETHER” and “Another One.” Dressed for a funeral in all black, Remy Ma gave her side of where things went wrong with the Young Money Queen.
“I didn’t care about her record,” said Remy, referring to Nicki’s guest verse on Gucci Mane’s “Make Love” which some felt was a jab at the Terror Squad MC. “It was the behind the scenes stuff.” The Bronx spitter revealed that Minaj attempted to keep her off red carpets and threatened not to attend award shows if Remy was in attendance. “This person, just based on what I’ve witnessed, is not a nice person,” said Reminisce who closed the interview by stating “My grandmother told me to never speak ill of the dead” when asked about any final words of their beef.
