1. Submission Portal: From now on, all music submissions must be made through our dedicated submission page. We kindly request that you refrain from sending submissions via email or social media.

2. Submission Types: We offer three submission options:

1. Standard Release (7 days for review): This is our standard submission process, allowing us to review your music within 7 days.

2. Preferred Release (select date & time): Choose a specific date and time for your music release. This option provides more control over your release schedule.

3. Premiere Release (includes social media boost): With this option, your music will be featured prominently on our homepage for one day. Additionally, we'll boost your music on our social media platforms with a direct link to your song, album, or video.

4. Digital Cover Submission (Recommended for Maximum Exposure)

   • Do you want to create a lasting impression? Our Digital Cover Submission is designed to provide artists with unparalleled exposure. Here's what you get:

     • A professionally designed digital cover that captures the essence of your song, video, or album.

     • A well-crafted write-up to accompany your cover, ensuring your message reaches our audience effectively.

     • Extensive promotion on our social media platforms.

     • Sharing your work with our dedicated subscribers for increased visibility.

   • To take advantage of this opportunity, please provide us with high-quality photos to create the cover. This digital cover can be used for promoting a single, video, album, or even as a standalone piece that offers insights into your world.

3. Rush Delivery

4. Accepted Submission

• Please ensure your submission includes a link to your music. We accept links from platforms like Soundcloud, YouTube, Audiomack, or Spotify. Unfortunately, we cannot accept MP3 files unless specifically requested.

5. Email Notifications

• Once your post is live, we'll send you an email with a link. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder, and add submission@h-wing.net to your whitelist.

6. No Guarantee

• While we encourage submissions from all artists, submitting your song does not guarantee that it will be posted on HWING.

7. Post Format

• If accepted, your submission will be posted as a blog post or part of our #RADARCollection.

8. Social Media Sharing

• All accepted submissions may be shared on our social media accounts to give your music an extra boost.

9. Refunds

• Please note that we do not offer refunds for submission fees, except for our Promo-package.
