London singer-songwriter Alessandro Ciminata drops off the new release “Over and Over.”
“Over And Over is about keep doing the same mistakes all over again and realizing, after all, that there’s nothing to do to stop this vicious circle because, at the end of the day we like these mistakes. “
Produced by long-term producer Jack Gourlay in his North-East London studio. Punchy synths, pulsing beats, slender guitars and a unique deep vocal tone with key influences including Jack Garratt, Lauv and Bruce Springsteen.
Ciminata is now set to release his debut EP in early 2020 and playing his bigger London headline show to date at The Grace on March 26th 2020.
The EP comprises four tracks, each taking a new perspective on Ciminata’s signature sound and songwriting.
‘’I’ve decided to call this EP ‘Over and Over’ because I wanted this record to be as close as possible to the real me. To get to where I am today, as an artist and as a person, I went through lot of life experiences that have forged my personality. Despite everything though, I haven’t stopped, I kept doing everything I love, over and over again. All the best friendships/relationships last longer when being true to our own self. I want people to connect to my music in the most honest way as possible. It’s scary, but I want to be true to myself. Over and over. — Alessandro Ciminata
