Fulham FC and Nigeria international Alex Iwobi continues expanding his creative footprint with the release of “Track 0,” under his artist alias 17. The single serves as the first offering from his forthcoming EP More To Life, arriving 9th April.
Built on production from EM1X, “Track 0” leans into a polished, atmospheric rap sound. There’s confidence in the delivery, but it’s measured rather than loud, reflecting on progress, gratitude and the discipline required to balance elite-level football with artistic ambition. The record feels intentional, framing music not as a side project but as a parallel expression of identity.
Iwobi has already tested the waters musically with previous releases “Hop Out” featuring Ramz and ODUMODUBLVCK and the reflective “Letter,” both earning strong media traction. Now, More To Life looks set to push that evolution further.
The nine-track EP draws heavily from Afrowave textures and diasporic influences, nodding to his Nigerian heritage while incorporating UK rap and drill elements. With features spanning West African artists and fellow Premier League talent Amadou Onana, 17 positions himself at the intersection of sport, culture and sound.
