Not even six months has passed since Anderson .Paak’s Aftermath debut Oxnard arrived to somewhat lukewarm reviews, but he’ll be hoping reclaim the critical acclaim with his upcoming album Ventura. Following up the lead single “King James,” the SoCal crooner returns with this new jam “Make It Better” featuring the legendary Smokey Robinson. The song was produced by The Alchemist, Fred Wreck and Anderson Paak, while the accompanying video (which was shot in London) was directed by Andy Hines.
Ventura is out April 12 featuring additional guest spots from André 3000, Brandy, Jazmine Sullivan, Lalah Hathaway, Sonyae Elise and the late Nate Dogg.
