Stream Anuka’s new EP “Paper Trail.”
With over 10 million streams holding her vocals and toplines, Anuka has created quite some momentum for herself. San Holo’s ‘Fly’ was one of the many tracks including samples of her intoxicating vocals. Between 2014 and 2015 she has worked as a songwriter for the infamous Harvey Mason Jr. (Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake) with producers such as The Aristrocratz and Mike Daley.
She left Los Angeles with a short but powerful addition to Harvey’s Straight Outta Compton’s rework of N.W.A.’s Gangsta Gangsta: “We wanna FUCK you Eazy!”. Around that time streaming service Hulu featured her song with UK producer Duskus ‘Open My Eyes’. Since then she has chosen to take her singing and writing skills to the next level and and has now built herself a sustainable career off of Soundcloud collaborations and online streaming revenue. The hype that came with the continuous stream of content, urged entrepreneurial Youtube guru Gary Vaynerchuk to include Anuka’s first single ‘Feel’ in one of his videos. Hailing from The Netherlands, Anuka is not only an academically skilled singer and songwriter, she also has an incredible work ethic and managed to build a flourishing business by herself.
Whenever Anuka isn’t traveling and thriving to further her career, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising and cooking up feasts for the people she loves. With 2 more EP’s in the pipeline set to release late 2017 and mid 2018, Anuka is confident she will find the right people to help her substantially grow her audience as a recording artist within this year.
