AyHay Shares New Video For “Don’t Hit My Line”

AyHay drops visuals for album highlight track ‘Don’t Hit My Line.’

South West London rapper and visual creative AyHay follows his debut album ‘Wait‘ which he dropped earlier this year with this striking music video for one of the album’s highlight tracks ‘Don’t Hit My Line’. Shot in London and directed by Jaden Sepulveda, AyHay finds himself surrounded by used London telephone booths in a storage yard for the iconic boxes. Performing in amongst all these telephone’s adds to theme of the track, as AyHay implores hatters to not hit his line!

“The red telephone boxes are a British cultural icon, so they represent where I’m from and the restoration site is a visual representation of the song. These boxes have hosted countless conversations in the past and now they all lay here silent.”

‘Don’t Hit My Line’ is the last track from his debut album ‘Wait’, an eight-track offering which showcases his unique approach to music, pulling inspiration from the melodic side of US Trap alongside a kaleidoscope of differing UK and US rap flows to create something that is uniquely his own. Known for his diverse flows, witty bars (that can range from the deeply real to the completely absurd), hard-hitting trap beats and catchy hooks AyHay’s music has resonated around the globe resulting in nearly 200K streams on Spotify alone.
