East London’s rising star, Bel Cobain, has delivered her much-anticipated 5-track EP, ‘Radical Forgiveness.’ In this emotionally charged project, spanning just under 20 minutes, Bel weaves bold and poignant lyricism over a diverse musical landscape that includes Jazz undertones, Drum and Bass, Spoken Word, Strings, and Keys. Co-produced with Naples-born Dani Diadato, Subculture, and Oliver Night, the EP explores challenging social and political themes, offering both escapism and release.
Created across the vibrant locations of Mexico City, Oaxaca, and London, ‘Radical Forgiveness’ is a testament to Bel’s artistry and versatility. The EP reflects her diverse inspirations, drawing from the likes of Pink Floyd, Kate Bush, Angie Stone, Fela Kuti, and Jill Scott.
