Tyga’s masterplan to break free from his deal with Cash Money Records failed miserably. Not only did The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty ended up becoming the biggest flop in a very long time, but it also angered Birdman and he is ready to sue his signee.

Last month, T-Raw liberated his much-delayed studio album The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty independently and premiered it via Spotify. He later made it available on iTunes which turned out the be a great mistake, because the project pushed only 2,202 units in its first week on the market. Eventually, he removed the LP from Apple’s music store a few days later.

TMZ reports Birdman was fuming after Tyga released the project via a free streaming service and encouraged his fans not to pay for it. He believes the rapper sunk his album on purpose in order to complete his contractual obligations and fulfil his deal. However, Baby is buying the cheap stunt and is not counting the album. As a matter of fact, he is ready to strike back and file a lawsuit against his own artist.
