“Champions League” pairs the duo’s layered jazz-hip-hop production with a pitched-up, hook-driven chorus and a commanding verse from South East London’s FourNine. His confessional bars explore perspective, faith and relationships, sitting seamlessly within Blue Lab’s textured, groove-led soundscape. Additional vocals from rising R&B talent Lizzie Berchie add further warmth to the record.
