The 2020 Brit Awards are taking place in London.
This year’s awards are noticeably male-dominated, with no female nominees in either the Best Group or Best Album categories. Mabel is the only woman in the Best New Artist category and the only solo artist up for Song of the Year, which is voted for by the Academy. Normani is featured “Dancing with a Stranger” with Sam Smith, while Miley Cyrus and Mark Ronson are nominated for their collaboration “Nothing Breaks Like a Heart”.
