Producer C4 dropped off a new mixtape before his year really gets moving. On Bombs, he linked with 21 Savage, 2 Chainz, Young Thug, Trouble, Quentin Miller and more for a small taste of what he has in-store for 2017. I remember earlier in 2016, C4 had a small studio set-up in Midtown, Manhattan where he made fire fire everyone who is anyone.
