The month of Cardi B continues as the loveable Bronx star invaded Saturday Night Live this weekend. One day after releasing her long-awaited Invasion of Privacy debut album, Cardi B appeared on the late-night sketch comedy show as musical guest. Introduced by guest host and Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman, Cardi performed a medley of her “Bodak Yellow” smash-hit in both spanish and english, following that up with her recent platinum-selling single “Bartier Cardi.”
Backed by dancers, Cardi stole the show while noticeably hiding her stomach in a feathered outfit by Christian Cowan, fueling the news that she’s expecting her first child with her fiancé Offset this summer. Cardi would save the biggest moment during her second performance. Slowing things down for “Be Careful,” the 25-year-old would remove the covering off her all-white gown, revealing her baby bump and confirming she is indeed pregnant. Her first child is expected to arrive later this summer.
