Currently in New York preparing for his hosting gig on Saturday Night Live, Chance The Rapper stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night. The Chicago rapper talked about his unabashed love for Drake, writing SNL sketches with help from his good friend Donald Glover, and being crowned the Humanitarian of the Year at this year’s BET Awards.
Speaking of social activism, Chance also talked about raising $2.5 million for Chicago public schools and setting up the Twilight Awards, which honors teachers, principals, students and parents — “the people that do the some of the most important work in our country,” he says.
