Chris Brown Announces New ‘Royalty’ Release Date.
The question is: When is Chris Brown’s new album Royalty arriving? We now have a definite answer. On Monday afternoon, the R&B star took to Instagram, posting a countdown video which lead many to believe (including us) that Royalty would hit stores on Black Friday (Nov. 27). During the same time, the 26-year-old sat down with HOT 97, revealing the album will hit stores on December 18. Pre-orders along with a official track list and snippets of the new project will be available this Friday.
In the 30-minute interview, Brown discussed his 1-year-old daughter serving as inspiration for the new album, fatherhood, maturing as a man, past insecurities which resulted in his infamous tirades and reactions on social media, wishing the best for ex-girlfriends Rihanna and Karrueche Tran, his recent tweets centered around young black males in America, Aaron Carter’s tweets during the AMAs on Michael Jackson, and more.
