Chris Brown Talks New Album, Unreleased Songs & More

With his 45-song double album Heartbreak On A Full Moon dropping Oct. 31, Chris Brown sat down with HOT 97 this week. In a rare interview, the R&B singer discussed the meaning behind the album title, the various collaborations on the project, building a home studio, and having 8000 unreleased songs due to his work ethic. Breezy also touched on how recent collaborations with Dave East and A Boogie came to play, staying out of the headlines, and why he doesn’t go to clubs as much anymore.

During the 25-minute conversation, the 28-year-old spoke on fatherhood, his daughter Royalty bringing balance and structure to his life, and more. Arriving on Halloween, Heartbreak On A Full Moon features guest appearances by Usher, R. Kelly, Gucci Mane, Future, Young Thug, Jhené Aiko, DeJ Loaf, Ty Dolla $ign, Yo Gotti, A Boogie wit Da Hoodie and more.
