Hampshire rappers Country Dons release ‘4 Sure’, reasserting why they are one of the scenes most talented rap groups.
Country Dons (Rokky, Maroc and Blaze) came hot on the scene at the end of 2019 with their viral hits ‘Ramsay’ and ‘Sticky Situation’ and since then they have had success with previous singles ‘Drippers’ and ‘Family’ bringing in 5M+ views, and accumulating over 50M views collectively.
They have seen huge support in the scene from tastemakers such as Kenny Allstar, Tiffany Calver and Charlie Sloth, with the trio smashing freestyles for Kenny’s Generals Corner (his most viewed episode) and Charlie Sloth’s Fire In The Booth with 3.4M+ views. They were also surprise guests at Wireless, joining Charlie on stage.
With a mission to keep their identities under wraps and donning their signature ‘CD’ balaclavas, the ‘4 Sure’ visuals, directed by longtime collaborator collaborator Pacman TV sees them go back to their roots, filmed out in the country, showing a cultural juxtaposition with the 3 Country Dons iced out and wearing designer clothing with scenes cutting from the trap house to farming fields with tractors. For them this is their truth.
