DeJ Loaf shares new song “Hold It Down.”
DeJ Loaf is the star of FADER’s latest cover story released earlier this week, where they profile the Detroit star’s childhood, growing up a quiet introvert and trying to shed that a little, breaking out in the music scene with “Try Me” in 2014, relationship with Lil’ Durk, and her sexuality. In the feature, DeJ also speaks on her long-awaited debut album Liberated, a project she’s worked on with collaborators like Detail, Ricky “Wallpaper” Reed (Jason Derulo’s “Wiggle” and Fifth Harmony’s “Boss”) and songwriter Marlon XXIII.
Until her debut arrives sometime next year via Columbia Records, DeJ continues her recent run of dropping records with this new offering called “Hold It Down.” Produced by Buddah Bless This Beat, stream it below.
