The other week a billboard popped up in Los Angeles, apparently promoting “Rush Hour 4: Face/Off 2” movie. The apparent two-in-one action movie had Diddy and Byung-Hun Lee plastered on the billboard, leaving everyone scratching their heads. Diddy was even promoting it on his Instagram account, adding to our general confusion on how this could possibly be a real thing.
