Diddy fulfilled his lifelong dream by finally working with Dr. Dre.
On Tuesday (Aug. 30), the Love of Bad Boy shared a couple of photos during his recent recording session with the The Doc of Aftermath along with a heartfelt message on the inspirational experience.
“Yesterday, one of my biggest dreams finally came true. I remember the first time I heard @DrDre’s production.” said Puff. “It gave me clear direction on the level of Producer that I wanted to be. Last night, I got the chance to work with this man and to see his genius as he coached me through vocals. He reminded me of myself, but with a different style and way more focused. I gotta step my focus up! lol But it was a great experience and I thank God for it. I hope one day ya’ll get to have the same experience with someone that you always looked up to as a hero.”
The two hip hop moguls were collaborating for Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg’s highly-anticipated album. Last week, Snoop confirmed the joint album was in the works during his appearance on the Rap Radar Podcast with Jamie Foxx. “Uncross your fingers. Yeah, but I can’t say much, but yeah, it’s happening.” said Snoop, before Foxx jokingly responded “I got the whole record right here” while pulling out his phone. Ha!
