Diddy, Jay Z and Dr. Dre are the sole hip-hop artists on Forbes’ “World’s Highest-Paid Musicians 2013” annual list.
Two months ago we saw Diddy top Forbes’ Highest-Paid Hip-Hop Artists list, and now the Bad Boy label head returns on the World’s Highest-Paid Musicians of 2013 list, although this time at #12 with $50 million.
Other hip-hop acts make this list, including Jay Z, who ranks at #19 with earnings of $42 million and Dr. Dre below him at #21, with $41 million, according to Forbes.
The majority of the list comprised of pop stars (Madonna was the highest paid artist on the list with an income of $125 million last year, while Lady Gaga was at #2), and rock stars, with the exception of two DJs.
