UK rap/drill duo Dizzle AP and T2Frank drop off their first offering of the year titled “Maya Jama” – a jumpy and fast paced track that finds the rappers glazing a traditional drill-styled backdrop with an assertive flow, combining punchy lines that pertain to their lifestyle. and looking to drop a string of equally catchy bangers throughout the year, these talents have as much potential as they have ambition.
The star of the show, Dizzle AP has built up national awareness consistently releasing top tier UK rap music including his mixtape ’11’ which featured iconic grime group Boy Better Know and UK rap veteran Benny Banks. This led to recognition from from Julie Adenuga on Beats 1 Radio. The success of the tape led to impactful performances at Annie Mac’s Roundhouse and Mike Skinner’s Tonga. Later on Dizzle dropped his most recent EP ’Silver Lining’ which accumulated over 500,000 streams independently in the first month.
