On J. Cole’s new single “Middle Child,” the Dreamville MC raps the line “I studied the greats, I’m the greatest right now.” The lyric started the debate across social media and in the Hip-hop community, is Cole World the greatest rapper of this current generation? Tory Lanez, who has been challenging any major lyricist to trade bars going back to last year, inserted himself into the discussion by proclaiming himself the best rapper alive right now.
Tired of Tory’s talk, Highbridge the Label’s Don Q claps at the Toronto star on “I’m Not Joyner.” Don, takes aim at Lanez over Puff Daddy’s “Victory” instrumental. The two have some history, as many freestyle aficionados have accused Tory of jacking Don Q’s flow and rap patterns.
IM THE BEST RAPPER ALIVE RIGHT NOW …… I WILL BODY ANY OF YALL NIGGAS OUT ! PERIOD ….
