Suge Knight, Dr. Dre and Ice Cube are named in a lawsuit from hit-and-run victim Terry Carter’s family.
The best lawyers in the country are currently rubbing their hands as Dr. Dre and Ice Cube have been slapped with a lawsuit in connection to Suge Knight’s infamous hit-and-run case stemming from Terry Carter’s death in January.
The family of Suge’s victim have filed a “wrongful death” lawsuit, TMZ reports. The wife and children of Carter claim that “his death was caused by gang members who sparked the fight leading up to Suge’s fleeing the scene.” In the suit, Knight is named as a defendant while Dre and Cube are listed as co-defedants.
Carter’s family suggest that the former N.W.A members are responsible for his killing since they have paid gang members to secure the premises where parts of the Straight Outta Campton biopic was being shot. In other words, the veteran rap artists are at partial fault since Knight would have never had to rush out of the parking lot if he was not threatened by the hired gangsters.
The Carters are also suing Tam’s Burgers for not having adequate security in a parking lot where Terry was ran over.
