Lead by a multi-platinum album and a sold-out North American tour, Drake has dominated airwaves and headlines throughout 2016. As the year winds down, the Canadian rapper channels his creativity on-screen, inPlease Forgive Me. Premiered exclusively on Apple Music, the short-film first announced in late August, is co-directed by Drake and acclaimed film/video director Anthony Mandler.
Inspired by the triple-platinum selling album VIEWS, Please Forgive Me is based around the story of Drake and actress/model Fanny Neguesha. Scored entirely by Drake’s go-to producer Noah “40” Shebib, the short-film also includes music videos for the songs “One Dance” and “Controlla” featuring Popcaan.
