In the ongoing rap feud, Drake has swiftly responded to Kendrick Lamar’s barrage of diss tracks within 24 hours of “Not Like Us.”
Taking a page from Kendrick’s playbook, who recently used Drake’s signature timestamp format in “6:16 in LA,” the For All the Dogs artist has crafted his own version of Lamar’s “The Heart” series.
In this latest release, Drake addresses the alleged informant within his inner circle, insinuating that the information provided to Kendrick was false. He even hints at considering feeding the informant false information regarding the supposed secret daughter mentioned in Kendrick’s “Meet the Grahams.”
The intensity of the beef has escalated over the weekend, with Kendrick dropping multiple diss tracks back-to-back, including “6:16 in LA,” “Meet the Grahams,” and “Not Like Us.” On Drake’s side, the response has been somewhat slower, with “Family Matters” preceding his latest track, “The Heart Part 6,” adding more fuel to the fire.
