Dreezy shares the video to her 6LACK and Kodak Black featured track “Spar.”
Given the powerful content of the song, it’s only right that Dreezy gives “Spar” a visual makeover — and it doesn’t disappoint. Created by Tristan Zammit, the animated video for “Spar” brings Dreezy, 6LACK and Kodak’s rhymes to life as they tackle racial injustice, white supremacy, cultural appropriation and, not least, Donald Trump. There’s also a message of support for Meek Mill, who remains behind bars for mere probation violations.
“‘Spar’ is important because it let’s people know how we, the youth, feel about today’s society and how we all need to be playing a part and paying attention, politician or not,” Dreezy tells Complex.
