While J.I.D has thrived since signing to J. Cole’s Dreamville label in early 2017, fellow Spillage Village members EarthGang are still waiting to seize their moment. With their full-length Dreamville debut Mirrorlanddropping later this year, though, the Atlanta duo make a big play and link up with Young Thug on their latest single, “Proud of U.” Not only does Thugga come through and kill it, but there’s a sweet sentiment at the heart of the song that we can all get behind.
