Eli Moon Shares Homemade Video For “killmeinmysleep”

Eli Moon shares a video for his newly released single “killmeinmysleep.”

The South Londoner singer follows up the release of his 2019 EP “Bodies” with his new single entitled “killmeinmysleep.” The self-produced new single was written in Eli’s bedroom and it showcases his signature sound, talent and ability to craft a masterpiece song. The track is also accompanied by a visual.

The video was self-shot by Eli at his home in South London on his iPhone, and directed by Gareth Phillips (The 1975 – ‘Chocolate’, Wolf Alice – ‘Giant Peach’, Marika Hackman – ‘Bath Is Black’ and Jack Savoretti – ‘Written In Scars’), who said the following in connection with making the video:-

“We originally planned to make a video for this before lockdown with the concept of Eli facing his demons while trapped in his bedroom. Unfortunately, lockdown stopped our plans. Eli still wanted to make a visual for this song so we had a quick chat about how we could do it, with him shooting it with his Nikon camera. He sent me images of his room and I developed the idea of him being trapped in lockdown and worked out how he could shoot it. He shot it himself over the course of a couple of days, I don’t think he realised how much work he would have to put in, but fair play to him, he slugged away and maybe the pain of it actually fed into his deadpan performance.”
