Toronto based artist Elliston releases his first single of the year “See You Again”.
The singer/songwriter blends her smooth vocal on the dynamic instrumental and continues to deliver euphoric melodies while experimenting amongst R&B’s sub-genres.
“See You Again” is a vibey R&B production where Elliston showcases his pure songwriting skill and his vocal range by delivering everything from piercing falsetto to emotional full voice melodies. The song is about being really into someone, then not anymore. A sadly relatable and unfair whiplash that happens in modern dating leaving the other person confused and self-conscious. A door left slightly open, meant for someone to help themselves inside. Before an foreseeable separation, often both parties don’t know what they want and still end up knocking on each other’s doors (re-entering their lives) as they haven’t found what they want in someone else yet and this is the next best thing.
