Young Thug remains behind bars after he got arrested and charged with terrorist threats after telling a mall guard he will shoot him. While he is yet to be granted bond, an anonymous source who witnessed what happened between the lanky rapper and the security reached out to Complex to shed light on the situation.
The eyewitness, who supposedly works at Perimeter Mall, explained Thug and his crew were riding around the mall on Hovertrax, the popular two-wheelers which you have most probably seen all over Instagram. Upon leaving the building, the guards told them they won’t be allowed to use the toys inside again.
Apparently, the rapper felt some type of way and got defensive, telling the security he will sue them if they touched him. He also lifted his shirt as if he had a gun and threatened to shoot one of them. The victim responded they would be banned from the mall and cops would be called if they show up again. Police were called anyway, but arrived to the mall after Thug and co. were gone.
Unfortunately for the ATLien, he got into even greater trouble with the law only a few hours later when news about an indictment related to Lil Wayne’s tour bus shooting broke out. According to the document, Young Thug and his industry mentor Birdman were reportedly involved in a RICO conspiracy. Details are available on this link.
