The rumor is true: Future is releasing another new album this Friday.

Last night, the Atlanta rapper officially announced his second new project in as many weeks, HNDRXX, which drops on February 24 via Epic/A1/Freebandz. Arriving just seven days after Future, the 17-song album is executive produced by DJ Esco.
With possible appearances from Rihanna and The Weeknd, who were tagged in Future’s Instagram announcement, it appears Hits Daily Double were also right about HNDRXX being more R&B and radio-orientated. Future calls it “the album I always wanted to make.”
Of course, Nelly’s Sweat and Suit come to mind when we talk about two albums that cater to two different audiences, but it’s hard to remember a time when an artist this big dropped two albums (which are both expected to go No. 1) in as many weeks.
HNDRXX is available to pre-order on iTunes
