H.E.R. released I Used to Know Her: The Prelude EP back in August, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard R&B chart. The singer surprises fans on Friday (Nov. 2), returning with the EPs sequel. I Used To Know Her: Part 2 is an eight-track project with titles like “Carried Away,” “I’m Not OK,” “Take You There” and “Fate.” The new music comes ahead of H.E.R.’s 21-date North American tour, kicking off Nov. 10 in Atlanta and running until Dec. 20 in San Francisco.
