H.E.R. has risen as of the new shining stars of R&B music. After enjoying a breakout over the last two years, anticipation is high for the Vallejo native’s studio debut album. Before that arrives via RCA Records, the 21-year-old gives fans her new project I Used to Know Her: The Prelude. Coming in at six tracks, The Prelude features guest appearances by Bryson Tiller (“Could’ve Been”) and DJ Scratch (“Lost Souls”).
