Cousins, Harri and Charlie Georgio from the Midlands share their infectious Reggae, Rap, Indie & Pop inspired single ‘Lights.’

Their lyrics poke fun at the adversities of being an up and coming artist, as both of their melodic and distinct vocals give Harri’s reggae beats a fresh, British edge.

Discussing the new track, the duo share: “We wrote ‘Lights’ about the struggles of being an up and coming artist and everything it comes with… We didn’t want to take ourselves too seriously so it’s pretty light hearted. We’ve road tested it at our gigs for a while now and the response has been mad. The song has taken many shapes before it got to this point, so we’re excited for the studio version to finally drop.”

Hailing from The Midlands, UK artist & producer Harri Georgio sits in a lane of his own. Fusing elements of Reggae, Rap, Indie & Pop – Harri’s self-produced and distinctive sound has gained support from the likes of David Rodigan, BBC Introducing, Radio 1Xtra and Reggaeville. Equally adapted to performing with his band ‘The Well-Behaved Young Men’ or as a solo act, his high energy shows, including a number of prominent BBC Introducing Stages, have been garnering attention on the national circuit.
