To kick off their new ‘Patterned’ series, Audiomack enlists UK rap royalty ‘Headie One’ for their first episode.
This series aims to give musicians a chance to showcase their music in a unique, fresh and interesting way, similar to Audiomack’s highly successful US series ’Trap Symphony’ which has featured the likes of Trippie Redd, Roddy Ricch, Chief Keef, Lil Dark and more, amassing millions upon millions of views.
The video series finds it’s niche by highlighting percussion as the heart of music, with each performance customised to focus on grooves and rhymes of the artist’s style – each episode will feature an artist and a percussionist, and will be strictly no melody outside of the vocals to highlight the contrast between the two. The first episode sees Headie One performing his smash single ‘Ain’t It Different’ (originally featuring Stormzy and AJ Tracey).
