Ishani serves the new video for outstamding single ‘Powertipp”
Ishani, a singer-songwriter and producer, has never shied away from pushing the boundaries of her sound or shining a light on issues that others would prefer to ignore. Through her music, she addresses issues that society finds difficult to discuss, such as mental health and violence against women. Her empowering and gripping new single ‘Powertripp’ exemplifies the creative ethos of this India & UK raised, London-based artist.
Yolanda Barker directed and executive produced the music video for ‘Powertripp,’ along with video DOP and executive producer Beatriz Delgado Mena and an all-female base crew. These enthralling visuals are peppered with tangible cues that further communicate the power struggles, mask-wearing, and cycle of bad behaviour that characterise toxic relationships. Ishani and David Donner, a rising star in the acting world, play these sparring partners.
