Jay Z is a Legend & a Boss.
After being nominated in late 2016, this morning (Feb. 22nd) it was announced that the soon-to-be father of twins will be inducted into the Songwriters Hall Of Fame, the first rapper to do so. Jigga will join the likes of Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, Berry Gordy, Max Martin and members of the American rock band Chicago (the latter which was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016).
Niles Rodgers appeared on CBS This Morning to reveal the inductees.

JAY will be formally inducted on June 15th.
On the business, man side of things, Jay plans to launch his own venture capital fund. A joint effort with fellow business associate Jay Brown, the two — who have invested in companies such as JetSmarter, Devialet and others — are hoping to do for themselves what they have done for others.
