As the owner of a business empire that includes Roc Nation and Armand de Brignac, JAY-Z has the distinction of being the wealthiest rapper in 2019. He sold LVMH Mot Hennessy Louis Vuitton 50% of the premium champagne company in 2021.
Hov has his sights set on the next billion. He is working with Amazon founder Jeff Bezos to purchase the Washington Commandos and has joined an investment consortium to develop the first full-scale casino in New York City’s Times Square.

He is now trying to broaden his business horizons by purchasing BET’s controlling interest.
