Joey BASE drops his “NACMA Intro” as an appetiser for his debut EP “NACMA (Nutten Aint Caught My Attention).”
As per Joey usually releases on his birthday each year. But this time it’s the Introduction to his first ever body of work. Accompanied by a chilling heartfelt music video filmed by Chas Appeti in South London, Deptford where Joey grew up.
The track itself is a mixture of emotions. Literally Joey just venting on the track from his past, present and mentions his future. With a subtle ending sang by the producer J Rocs who is also known for producing EO’s hit single ‘German’.
The EP is due for release at the start of August. Joey is looking forward to releasing the key singles to the build-up to the EP release. The EP is Executively produced by Joey BASE & J Rocs with a number of other producers collaborating on the project. The project is Raw uncut, truthful and full of a mixture of genres from RAP beats to R&B vibes to Drill beats vibe but Joey maintains his natural Joey BASE versatile flow throughout. With tracks like ‘On My Drilly Ish’, ‘Mulla Bands’ & ‘Pull Up Skrrr’ The EP Truly is a solid body of work.
