Jthurston returns with his latest offering ‘Seven Days’ — a song about pushing for your goals without stopping, putting blinders up to what isn’t contributing and being willing to sacrifice whatever is necessary to reach the destination.
Jthurston says the song was inspired by a quote from Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson that said:
“DONT WORK 8 HOURS FOR A COMPANY THEN GO HOME & NOT WORK ON YOUR OWN GOALS. YOU’RE NOT TIRED YOU’RE UNINSPIRED.”
As an artist that balances several different hustles including a 9-5, that struck a chord in me and made me want to make an anthem for the hustler of multiple avenues.”
