Kanye West Ends Show After 3 Songs; Calls Out Radio, Beyoncé, Jay Z & Obama

Kanye West’s “Saint Pablo” tour pulled into Sacramento’s Golden 1 Center on Saturday night (Nov. 20). Sadly for fans who paid their hard earned money, the show ended as quickly as it began. Only after performing three songs, the rapper/designer went into a 15-minute rant, and abruptly ended the concert to a sold-out crowd of booing fans.

Continue after the jump….

Just days after making comments in support of Donald Trump, Kanye’s latest rant began with various moments where he yelled “F**k you radio” for playing the same handful of artists.

Kanye also name dropped Beyoncé, stating he was hurt after hearing that Queen Bey alleged made negotiations with MTV where she would only perform at this year’s VMAs if she won “Video of the Year.” “Beyoncé, I was hurt,” says Kanye. “Because I heard that you said you wouldn’t perform unless you won Video of the Year over me, and over “Hotline Bling.” Now, don’t go trying to diss Beyoncé, she is great. Taylor Swift is great. We are all great people. We are all equal. But sometimes we be playing the politics too much and forgetting who we are just to win. Fuck winning. Fuck looking cool. Fuck being cool. Fuck all that, bro. I’ve been sent here to give y’all my truth even at the risk of my own life. Even at the risk of my own success, my own career. I’ve been sent here to give y’all my truth.”

The 39-year-old then took aim at Jay Z, a relationship that appears strained after Kanye previuosly expressed he was hurt that his “big brother” and mentor didn’t contact him after his wife Kim Kardashian West was robbed in Paris back in October. “Jay Z call me bro. You still ain’t call me. Jay Z, call me. Hey, bro, Jay Z, I know you’ve got killers. Please don’t send them at my head. Just call me. Talk to me like a man.”

West also spoke more on the U.S. presidential election, referencing Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. “If you keep following old models, your ass is going to get Hillary Clinton’d,” he said. “Obama couldn’t make America great,” he added. “Because he couldn’t be him to be who he was. Black men have been slaves. Obama wasn’t allowed to do this and still win. He had to be perfect. But being perfect don’t always change shit, bro. I am putting my career, my life, my public well-standing at risk when I talk to y’all like this. This is a moment in the matrix, bro.”

The one positive from the night came in the form of an unexpected surprise, as Kanye was joined by Kid Cudito perform “Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1” two months after their public back-and-forth following Cudi’s Twitter rant aimed at Yeezus and Drake.
