Kanye West will plead not guilty to all charges he is facing in result of the paparazzi altercation at LAX in July.
The case in Kanye West’s alleged assault of a photographer is still going. A couple of weeks ago, ‘Ye was ordered to stay at least 10 feet away from the paparazzo in question, and has now plead not guilty to the charges of criminal battery and attempted grand theft.
The rapper’s lawyer, Blair Berk, announced the plea in court earlier today. The photog’s attorney, Gloria Allred was also in attendance.
West has explained since the incident that he was particularly bothered by the paparazzi that day because he had just received news that his grandfather was dying.
If convicted of the misdemeanors, the rapper could face up to 1 year in jail.
‘Ye is also facing a suit in civil court over the incident.
