Kelly Rowland is back with her first project in over seven years K.
On the aptly-titled K, the Destiny’s Child alum delivers a feel-good collection of music that couldn’t arrive at a better time. The six-track project, her first since 2013’s Talk a Good Game, features the bedroom bop “Coffee” and anthemic “Black Magic,” as well as the new single “Flowers,” a celebration of showing love to people while they’re still here.
“Oftentimes we hear so many people say, you don’t want to give people their flowers once they’re gone. That is one way of saying it, but you just want to tell people how you feel about them, how much you appreciate them, how much you love them,” explained Kelly.
Just a month ago, the 40-year-old singer welcomed her second son, Noah. “He’s so awesome,” Kelly gushed to “Extra.” “I’m just getting all of my little cuddles and kisses in where I can… He’s a healthy baby. He is very alert. He’s already lifting the head up.”
