Key Glock releases his newest EP, PRE5L, in remembrance of Young Dolph’s demise one year ago.
The Memphis rapper, who had only the day before debuted with the brutal single “Jigsaw,” now offers five additional songs, including “Forgive Me,” “Spike Lee,” “Die Trying,” and “Thumbing.” Glizock Tay Keith, Hitkidd, Bandplay, and Sosa 808 are involved in the production.
Early this year, he re-released Yellow Tape 2 with its deluxe edition and released Long Live Dolph, a Paper Route Empire compilation album devoted to Dolph. In recent times, Key Glock has worked with artists such Megan Thee Stallion, Gucci Mane, Denzel Curry, and Icewear Vezzo on songs like “From Nothing.”
Last November, Young Dolph was tragically shot in Memphis. Since then, first-degree murder charges have been filed against the two shooters. A third guy, who is accused of ordering the attack, was detained last week and charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, and first-degree murder conspiracy.
