Songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Khamari, has just released a new tune called “On My Way.” This new release was co-written by Merna Bishouty and has a sample from Al Green’s 1972 hit “Love and Happiness” and features Khamari’s soothing voice as he poeticizes his voyage from Boston to Los Angeles. It was produced by Khamari and Trackside.
Khamari reveals in an interview with the press that he travelled from Boston to Los Angeles with all his possessions in the thick of the epidemic. Lyrically, “On My Way” captures the confidence I had in making a clean break in order to create something new.
