The status of Lil’ Wayne’s health and ongoing bout with epilepsy is once again being questioned after the Young Money rapper was hospitalized on Sunday (Sept. 3). The veteran MC was taken to a Chicago hospital after reportedly suffering multiple seizures.

TMZ reports Weezy F. Baby was taken to Northwestern Memorial hospital after he was found unconscious in his hotel room at the Westin on Michigan Avenue after at least one seizure attack.
The New Orleans rapper was rushed to Northwestern Memorial where he suffered another seizure attack. Members of Wayne’s team tried to have him discharged on Sunday afternoon so he could make it to his Las Vegas show with Rae Sremmurd at Drais Beachclub.
Doctors advised against the discharge, saying he needs to rest for a few days. A rep for Lil’ Wayne confirmed with TMZ that he suffered multiple seizures and his Las Vegas show was canceled. Lil’ Wayne has had a history of seizure attacks, including last year where he skipped a concert after having an epilepsy attack.
