Rumors are swirling that Max B’s release from prison is coming soon. On the heels of dropping his first record in 8 years “Hold On,” the Harlem influencer returns with “Don’t Push Me.” Featuring French Montana, the record samples Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five’s classic “The Message.” The track is set to appear on Max B’s forthcoming Coke Wave 3 mixtape.
“There’s no more riding music out there right now, that’s some ancient folklore,” Max B tells Rolling Stone. “So we gotta put that back in perspective. I was coming with some funk.” Listen below.
