Since the release of his last studio album, 2016’s The Divine Feminine, Mac Miller has experienced some road bumps. After dating for two years, Miller and his girlfriend Ariana Grande decided to part ways. The Pittsburgh rapper was arrested for a DUI hit-and-run shortly after. Moving forward and working on himself, Mac Miller drops his new full-length project SWIMMING. Carrying over from The Divine Feminine, Mac displays more singing than rapping on his fifth studio album. Overseen by Jon Brion (Kanye West – Late Registration), SWIMMING also features major contributions from frequent collaborator Thundercat.
The 26-year-old keeps it solo on the 13-track LP, out now on iTunes. Later this year, Mac Miller will embark on “The Swimming” tour with J.I.D. and Thundercat, running from Oct. 27 – Dec. 10. Stream the album in full below.
